Aeroméxico continues modernizing its fleet with the introduction of its latest Boeing Dreamliner 787. The airline reports that with this aircraft it will provide the best in-flight experience out of all Mexican airlines due to its state-of-the-art and emission reduction technology.

The newly-acquired Dreamliner is Aeroméxico’s 20th and will be equipped with the latest technology, while providing more sustainable solutions and reducing emissions, explained the airline via an official message. The Dreamliner 787 will reduce carbon emissions by 25% and noise pollution will be diminished by 60% in-flight. The airplane will count with an anti-jet-lag cabin, larger compartments and more seat space. In the air, illumination will adjust to each stage of the flight with the inclusion of different colors. The aircraft is made out of more rigid materials to reduce turbulence, while providing a more advanced temperature control system.

“The airplane's unparalleled fuel efficiency and range flexibility enables carriers to profitably open new routes as well as optimize fleet and network performance. And for their passengers, an experience like none other in the air, with more comfort and less fatigue. The Dreamliner effect. That's a better way to fly,” says Boeing

Aeroméxico flies the Dreamliner 787 to New York, Los Angeles, Tijuana-San Diego CBX, London, Madrid, Paris, Seoul, Santiago, Cancun, Amsterdam and Tokyo, according to the airline’s official website.

The airline recently announced that it plans to return to either the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) or NASDAQ during 2H23 or 2024, as it continues to invest in the acquisition of aircraft. Listing on the NYSE “gives you access to financing that is essential for a company, particularly an airline. It is best to have as many lines of financing as possible,” said Andrés Conesa, CEO, Aeroméxico during the 47th edition of Tianguis Turístico, in Mexico City, as reported by MBN.

Aeromexico’s fleet is composed of 150 aircraft, which include 20 long-haul Boeing Dreamliner 787 and the fourth-largest fleet of Boeing 737 Max planes in the world
