Kellogg’s Mexico and DiDi Shop announced a strategic partnership to address food insecurity and improve the well-being of children in Mexico. As part of the collaboration, the companies jointly donated approximately 15,000kg of food to the Foundation for Childhood Protection (FPN).

The foundation coordinates efforts with more than 200 civil society organizations nationwide, benefiting over 85,000 vulnerable individuals and contributing to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal of Zero Hunger.

Additionally, Kellogg’s will host a webinar to enhance the capacities of civil society organizations working professionally with FPN, supporting programs that improve the living conditions of millions of children and youth in the country.

“Through this partnership, Kellogg’s advances its promise of ‘Creating Better Days’ and ensuring a place at the table for all, while DiDi Shop launches a chapter focused on social impact through its network of strategic partners in Mexico. We believe every food item has the power to transform lives and build a more promising future. This alliance is a key step in our commitment to improving food security for children in Mexico,” said Jessica Daniel, Director of Corporate Affairs, Kellanova America.

“We are proud to work with strategic partners like Kellogg’s, allowing us to connect users with their favorite foods and brands while generating a positive impact in communities that need it most. Collaboration is essential, and we are committed to initiatives that truly make a difference in the lives of Mexicans,” added Rodrigo Rogel, Commercial Director, DiDi Shop in Latin America.

Miguel Ángel Pichardo, Director General, FPN, thanked Kellanova and DiDi Shop for their generosity. “Their contribution will support more than 40 organizations in Mexico City and Queretaro, providing thousands of children and youth with better nutrition and opportunities to grow healthy and happy.”

Kellogg’s, a leading food producer, and DiDi Shop, a platform connecting delivery drivers and users with supermarkets, pharmacies, and convenience stores, said the collaboration represents a natural synergy. Both companies share the view that partnerships between the private sector and civil society are crucial to driving meaningful change. For Kellanova, the alliance reinforces its commitment to food security and global sustainability goals, while DiDi Shop strengthens its position as a technology platform dedicated to social impact and the well-being of Mexican communities.
