Bridgestone to Supply Tires for Lamborghini Fenomeno V12
Bridgestone has been named the exclusive tire supplier for Lamborghini’s new limited-edition Fenomeno, a supercar commemorating the 20th anniversary of the company’s Sant’Agata Bolognese design department. Only 29 units of the Fenomeno will be produced, featuring Lamborghini’s most powerful V12 engine to date, delivering 1,080 CV. It is also the fastest Lamborghini ever, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.4 seconds and 0 to 200 km/h in 6.7 seconds.
As Lamborghini’s Official Technical Partner, Bridgestone developed custom tires to meet the Fenomeno’s extreme performance demands. The car will come standard with Bridgestone Potenza Sport ultra-high-performance tires in sizes 265/30 ZRF21 (front) and 355/25 ZRF22 (rear). These tires feature Bridgestone’s Run Flat Technology, enabling drivers to continue for up to 80 km at speeds of 80 km/h even with zero pressure.
An alternative set of high-grip, semi-slick Bridgestone tires will also be available, offering track-level performance while remaining fully homologated for road use. These will come in 20- and 21-inch sizes.

“With the Fenomeno, our team faced the challenge of unleashing the full potential of Lamborghini's most powerful V12—and they delivered. The custom-engineered Bridgestone Potenza tires provide the control, grip, and precision needed to enhance this car’s exceptional capabilities on both road and track,” said Radoslaw Bolkowski, Vice President of Original Equipment Sales, Bridgestone EMEA.
Lamborghini emphasized the importance of tire innovation in supercar performance: “Tires are a vital part of how a supercar performs: beyond technical updates, 70% of improvements in these cars today come from advances in the tires. Bridgestone’s bespoke Potenza lineup ensures every drive in the Fenomeno lives up to this car’s extraordinary speed and power,” said Christian Mastro, Marketing Director, Lamborghini.
This collaboration extends a five-year partnership between Bridgestone and Lamborghini, covering models such as the Huracán STO, STJ, Tecnica, EVO, and Sterrato, as well as the Revuelto and Temerario.
The Fenomeno’s tires were developed and manufactured in Italy using Bridgestone’s Virtual Tyre Development (VTD) technology, which uses digital simulation to design and test tires before physical prototypes. Bridgestone reports this process eliminates around 200 prototypes, reduces vehicle testing by 80%, and cuts development time by up to 5%, while lowering raw material use and CO₂ emissions by up to 60% during development.
