The ANPACT has officially scheduled Expo Transporte ANPACT 2027 for Nov. 10–12, 2027, at the Expo Guadalajara exhibition center in Jalisco.
The trade show, the largest commercial heavy-vehicle exhibition in the Americas, returns to Jalisco as organizers aim to build on benchmark figures set during the previous biennial event in 2025. ANPACT projections target more than 70,000 visitors, 660 exhibiting brands, and international participants from over 35 countries, alongside attendees from all 32 Mexican states.
"Expo Transporte ANPACT 2027 will once again be the great meeting point for our industry. We will bring together companies, authorities, specialists, and the best technologies that are defining the future of road transport. We will also generate conditions to build agreements that promote safer, more efficient, sustainable, and inclusive mobility that contributes to the country's economic growth and well-being," said Rogelio Arzate, executive president, ANPACT.
The heavy-vehicle manufacturing industry established in Mexico comprises 15 brands, 14 assembly plants, 12 vehicle manufacturing facilities, and one engine plant. The sector connects directly with 152 of Mexico’s 263 productive industrial sectors.
The 2027 gathering will cover 70,000 m2 of exhibition space, utilizing both interior halls and outdoor areas across Avenida De las Rosas. Organizers noted that the event is utilizing the venue's full capacity.
The 2025 edition drew 73,000 visitors, a 20% increase over the prior event, 660 exhibiting brands (a 29% surge), and spanned 70,000 square meters. Local tourism officials noted that the 2025 event achieved an economic impact of MX$1 billion (US$58.60 million), a financial benchmark expected to be equaled or exceeded in 2027.
"We are going to reach 1 billion pesos in economic impact for the first time in just three days," said Gustavo Staufert, general director, Guadalajara Visitors and Conventions Office (OFVC), noting that the figure serves as the baseline target for the 2027 trade show.
Hotel activity during the three-day event is expected to match or exceed the 92% occupancy rate recorded in 2025. Mark Christianson, president, Jalisco Hotel Association, estimated that lodging alone will generate over 150 million pesos.
The 2027 program will introduce new initiatives, including Expo Transporte ANPACT Academy, designed to share industry knowledge and best practices with technical universities and students. Additional features include dedicated panels on artificial intelligence, decarbonization, fleet renewal, and financing, alongside the ANPACT Innovation Award and a recognition for sustainable exhibition stands.
Jalisco state officials emphasized the event's alignment with regional industrial expansion. Mauro Garza, general strategic coordinator of Jalisco's Growth and Development Cabinet, noted that over 800,000 m2 of industrial park spaces are currently under construction in the state, with 60% dedicated to distribution centers and logistics facilities.
Diego Monraz, Jalisco's Secretary of Transport and president of the Mexican Association of Mobility Authorities (AMAM), added that infrastructure enhancements will support the event, including 100% electric public transit links connecting Expo Guadalajara directly to Guadalajara International Airport.
