While electric vehicles are pushing the automotive industry forward, the Mexican market still faces challenges. Electromobility continues to be inevitable and necessary. The World Health Organization has pinpointed that over 15,000 people in Mexico alone have lost their lives due to complications derived from poor air quality produced by cars. The automotive “client” has evolved and now has a new ecological conscience which makes them want to acquire “greener” solutions. This trend has pushed companies to digitalize their supply chains in order to adapt them to new market demands. This is not short of challenges, however. A company’s mindset has been a constant challenge for the industry, due to them struggling to make the transition to a digital operation. In the past, companies used to take over 10 years to revolutionize their operations. But today, they  risk losing ground when they fail to deliver a timely innovation.
