Bleeding Edge Launches Mexico’s First AI Factory

Bleeding Edge launched Mexico’s first AI Factory and the country's first NVIDIA Blackwell-powered Neocloud, expanding AI infrastructure to address the global compute crunch and support enterprise, government, and research AI workloads. 

 

Bleeding Edge, a vertically integrated Neocloud, put into operation Mexico’s first next-generation AI Factory at its Queretaro campus. Separately, the company launched the country’s first Neocloud platform built on NVIDIA Blackwell technology. 

The launches respond to what the industry calls the compute crunch, a global shortage of processing capacity driven by the rapid adoption of AI across nearly every economic sector. Demand for accelerated computing, the specialized hardware required to train and run large AI models, has outpaced the supply of facilities capable of delivering it at scale. 

Bleeding Edge positions its proprietary, modular construction model as a direct response to that gap, citing deployment times that are significantly shorter than those of traditional data center builds. “Data centers were designed for decades to store information and run enterprise applications. AI Factories represent a new category of infrastructure. They are digital factories whose raw materials are energy and accelerated computing, and whose final product is intelligence. Mexico needs this type of infrastructure to compete in the new global AI economy,” says Sergio Rosengaus, Co-Founder and Chairman, Bleeding Edge.

The Queretaro AI Factory is built to support high-power-density environments, liquid cooling, accelerated computing, and future generations of AI infrastructure. The company designed the facility in alignment with NVIDIA reference architectures, a set of recommended infrastructure specifications for AI deployments. 

The setup allows companies, governments, academic institutions, and research centers to access advanced computing capacity in shorter implementation windows than conventional models typically allow.

Behind every model, intelligent agent, and AI-based application lies a need for specialized infrastructure capable of processing massive volumes of data through accelerated computing platforms,” says Natan Rosengaus, CEO, Bleeding Edge.

Separately, Bleeding Edge announced the start of operations of its AI Compute platform, becoming the first Neocloud in Mexico and one of the first in Latin America to operate infrastructure based on NVIDIA Blackwell technology. A Neocloud is a cloud platform built specifically to run AI workloads, unlike traditional cloud providers that were designed for general-purpose computing. The platform targets AI-native companies, foundational model developers, inference platforms, and autonomous agent operators that require access to advanced accelerated compute.

“We observe unprecedented demand for accelerated computing capacity. The real bottleneck in AI is no longer just software or models; it is the availability of infrastructure and computing capacity. Our vision has been to build both components simultaneously: the AI Factories where the infrastructure operates and the Neocloud that delivers that capacity to the market,” Rosengaus says.

The initial capacity Bleeding Edge put into production has been fully contracted by AI-specialized companies from different parts of the world, according to the company, a sign of global demand for advanced processing capacity. 

The platform runs on NVIDIA B300-generation technology, paired with a proprietary software layer for monitoring, automation, observability, and management developed by the company’s engineering team. The combination is designed to provide optimized environments for training, inference, and enterprise-scale AI model deployment.

Bleeding Edge plans to keep expanding capacity in the coming months as it incorporates additional NVIDIA systems and increases installed AI Factory capacity across strategic markets. The company says it expects this expansion to serve growing demand from companies, governments, academic institutions, and research organizations seeking access to world-class AI infrastructure.
