Since its inception in 2014, Fashion Digital Talks has established itself as a prominent hub at the intersection of e-commerce, business, and fashion, setting the standard for innovation, trends, and cutting-edge tools. This annual event is scheduled to take place in Mexico City from September 28th to 30th.

The e-commerce and retail industries have experienced significant transformations in recent years, particularly with the digital acceleration driven by the pandemic. Many companies have adapted to more eco-friendly practices while leveraging technology to automate their processes. Others have pioneered new approaches to post-purchase customer experiences.

Laura Espinoza, Founder of Fashion Digital Talks, emphasizes that the event's primary objective is to foster connections within the industry and facilitate the sharing of innovative ideas and future visions. In an interview, she states, "The event aims to not only enhance brands' sales performance and quality but also to create improved online shopping experiences for end-users. The event features insights into diverse trends, spanning marketing, social media, customer success, retail, and marketplaces, and it provides a platform for industry leaders to address challenges and opportunities in the fashion sector."

According to a press release, this year's edition will revolve around the theme of "Customer Success and Business Intelligence," targeting company owners, CEOs, e-commerce professionals, marketing specialists, and design managers in both B2B and B2C segments of the fashion and retail industry. The event is expected to draw over 2,000 attendees.

The founder highlights notable speakers from the fashion sector, including representatives from Birkenstock, Inditex Group, Coach, Swarovski, Cotton, and Tane. From the retail sector, participants can look forward to insights from MercadoLibre, Walmart, Centric Software, Browsware, and Yandex, who will share their expertise on essential digital tools for achieving success in the online realm.
