Brazil-based cookware manufacturer Tramontina inaugurated a 480m² experience showroom in Interlomas, State of Mexico, marking its third experience center in the country and supporting its more than MX$500 million (US$29 million) 2025–2027 investment plan. The facility features residential environments and a high-performance commercial kitchen to drive B2B engagement and product discovery for over 1,800 items. The expansion targets central Mexico's commercial partners, developers, and hospitality (HORECA) operators by aligning physical touchpoints with regional sell-in and sell-out performance metrics.

Brazil-based cookware company Tramontina inaugurated a new showroom in Interlomas, the State of Mexico. The facility will allow the company to display over 1,800 products, with a special focus on the Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafeterias (HORECA) sector across the Mexico City Metropolitan Area.

Tramontina’s 480m² facility is designed to display over 1,800 products from its local catalog of more than 4,000 items, according to the company. The new hub joins existing locations in Cancun and Monterrey, bringing the Brazilian manufacturer’s total footprint of experience centers in Mexico to three.

The expansion is framed within Tramontina’s over MX$500 million (US$29 million) investment plan in Mexico for the 2025–2027 period. Adilson Formentini, General Director, Tramontina de México, highlighted that the Interlomas opening follows a series of recent executions under this strategy, including new corporate offices inaugurated in February 2026, the opening of the company's first manufacturing plant outside Brazil in Lerma, State of Mexico, in March, and a new showroom in Monterrey in April. Built to serve commercial partners, architects, developers, chefs, and Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafeterias (HORECA) operators across the central region, the Interlomas center aligns with global market trends where over 80% of customers value customer experience as much as the product itself, according to Salesforce data quoted by the company.

Beyond consumer trends, the expansion reflects a shift toward commercial buyers and major trade networks. Formentini told MBN that Tramontina targets strategic consumption hubs to maintain direct proximity with key distributors in the hospitality sector. "Our physical hubs are strategically designed to bring cutting-edge trends and our comprehensive portfolio directly to commercial partners. These spaces serve as an essential pillar for buyers from major chains and distributors to experience firsthand the solutions that will ultimately reach the end consumer," he stressed

In statements to MBN, Lucas da Rocha, Commercial Director, Tramontina Mexico, noted that showroom openings generate an immediate, measurable lift in regional market penetration. "Opening a showroom drives a significant increase in Tramontina’s market presence," da Rocha explained, noting that physical spaces accelerate product discovery among commercial clients who are often unaware of the depth of the company's institutional catalog. Rather than tracking transactional foot-traffic alone, da Rocha highlighted that the company evaluates these experience hubs through corporate engagement metrics, including partner activations, technical workshops, and events with industry chefs and commercial allies.

The company maintains nationwide coverage through more than 740 retail partners, including supermarket chains, department stores, wholesale outlets, and price clubs. In statements to MBN, Formentini noted that market research shows modern Mexican consumers increasingly prioritize durability and value over price, aligning with the company's long-term commercial focus on sell-in and sell-out performance metrics across its institutional channels. Da Rocha added that Tramontina's ability to convert B2B buyers in competitive categories stems from compliance with international testing standards, certification requirements, and 115 years of manufacturing history.

According to Tramontina, the Interlomas space integrates two distinct functional environments. One area recreates residential settings, including kitchenware, tools, and furniture lines, to exhibit products in everyday home contexts. The second area features a high-performance commercial kitchen engineered for technical demonstrations, performance testing, and specialized project evaluation for hospitality clients.

Formentini noted that the opening reflects the company’s growth commitments in the Mexican market by combining product breadth with technical support facilities. Da Rocha added that the center aims to function as a collaborative hub for long-term commercial projects in the region.
