Iberdrola Opens Applications for Energy, Technology Scholarships

Iberdrola México launched a new call for applications for its International Master’s Scholarship Program, offering six postgraduate scholarships in Mexico and Spain for students specializing in energy and technology.

Applicants may pursue studies in finance, applied AI, environmental sciences, and energy transition. The program is open to Mexican citizens and foreign residents in Mexico. Applications will be accepted until April 4, 2025, through Iberdrola México’s official website. Selected candidates will be notified on June 13, 2025.

The scholarships cover tuition, living expenses, accommodation, and transportation for up to two years and six months. Students will have the opportunity to study at institutions such as the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Universidad Panamericana, and Spain’s Universidad Pontificia Comillas.

Since 2018, Iberdrola México has awarded 43 scholarships and incorporated 22 recipients into its workforce. The initiative aligns with the company’s efforts to promote education and workforce development in the energy sector.
