The Frequency School launched the first World Frequency Day on Nov. 11 in Dubai to promote awareness of the role sound frequencies play in human health, connection, and well-being. The new international day will be observed annually, with events worldwide held at 11:11 a.m. and 11:11 p.m. local time.

Established under the theme “Connected,” the initiative seeks to highlight how sound can serve as a universal language that fosters harmony and unity across cultures. The date 11/11 was selected to symbolize balance and resonance — principles central to what organizers call the “frequency movement.”

“World Frequency Day marks a milestone in recognizing the universal power of sound to connect and inspire,” says Maejor. “By dedicating Nov. 11 to advancing the arts, science, and practice of intentional frequencies, we take an important step toward raising awareness of their impact on human health and well-being.”

The initiative is supported by ALPHAWHISPERERS, a global leadership and change network, and Learnstar, a leading educational entertainment platform in Africa. Learnstar offers online courses led by industry leaders and public figures aimed at supporting creativity and personal development.

Dozens of satellite events will be held worldwide, including collaborations in Mexico, New York, New Delhi, Switzerland, London, Malaysia and the Philippines, all promoting sound therapy, mindfulness, and the role of frequency in well-being.

The event marked “the emergence of a new consciousness where creativity, learning and vibration unite to elevate humanity,” says Kshitij Sainani, CEO, Learnstar.

World Frequency Day aims to create a lasting platform for sound therapy awareness and research, positioning frequency-based practices as tools for mental, physical, and emotional balance. Through this annual observance, organizers hope to engage artists, educators, and wellness advocates in promoting the science and practice of sound as a catalyst for human connection.
