Hospitales MAC Adds Fourth Location in State of Mexico

Hospitales MAC has extended its presence in the State of Mexico with the launch of a new facility in Naucalpan, rebranding the former Río de la Loza hospital as Hospital MAC Lomas Verdes. The move strengthens the company’s regional footprint, making it the fourth Hospitales MAC location in the state and part of a broader effort to improve access to healthcare infrastructure in high-demand areas.

The facility spans 10,000 m2 and is now part of the group's network of 25 hospitals nationwide. With this addition, Hospitales MAC increases its capacity to serve over 1 million residents in Naucalpan and surrounding municipalities, targeting a region with growing demand for specialized medical services.

Hospital MAC Lomas Verdes will offer a broad range of clinical services, including 24-hour emergency care, specialty consultations in gastroenterology, pediatrics, urology, and orthopedics, five operating rooms, recovery and maternity care, intensive care units for both adults and newborns, imaging, diagnostics, and inpatient accommodations. The hospital is staffed by a multidisciplinary team and is designed to operate under national and international quality standards.

Beyond clinical care, the new hospital is expected to support the local economy by generating over 200 direct jobs and 500 indirect jobs. The hospital also forms part of the preferred network for several insurance providers, which is intended to streamline patient access and reinforce its role as an accessible private healthcare option in the region.
