A: We are focusing on two emerging areas: personalized medicine and AI, which are now crucial for healthcare. Personalized medicine is a broad and evolving field. The field now focuses on diagnostics and treatments guided by molecular biology, allowing interventions to target an exact pathogen or condition.

AI is already enabling significant advances in healthcare. It allows us to analyze vast datasets and draw conclusions far more rapidly than humans alone could achieve. By training algorithms through machine learning, AI can support healthcare providers in delivering faster, more accurate diagnostics and treatments. A: Several years ago, we identified the need to provide an integrated solution for clients interested in both instruments and consumables, while complying with regulatory standards. Clients required laboratory validation to ensure compliance with entities such as the Mexican Accreditation Entity (EMA) for processes in their respective sectors. This led us to develop our own metrology laboratory, covering key measurements such as volume, temperature, mass, and special calibrations. This laboratory allows us to provide a comprehensive solution: not only supplying high-quality products but also ensuring they meet regulatory standards, thereby delivering a complete solution from a single source.

This approach allows us to process information and reach conclusions more efficiently than ever before, enhancing decision-making in healthcare.

A: We are focusing on two critical elements.
