Units to Support Pre-Authorization (UHAPS)

Nine enabled Units to Support Pre-authorization (UHAPs) of clinical trials were created as part of the collaboration framework to evaluate clinical research protocols between COFEPRIS and the Coordinating Commission of the National Institutes of Health and High Specialty Hospitals (CCINSHAE), with the aim of improving the authorization process for clinical trials in Mexico.
