Sunhouse Group launched a major digital transformation push by signing a strategic partnership with Anchanto to scale its international e-commerce expansion and triple its online business.

"We are honored to partner with Sunhouse, an icon of Vietnamese industry, as they scale their footprint globally. By leveraging Anchanto's world-class technology, Sunhouse will gain a 'centralized brain' for its operations, eliminating geographical barriers and multi-channel complexities. We are committed to ensuring Sunhouse not only manages better but grows faster in every market they enter," says Vaibhav Dabhade, Founder & CEO, Anchanto.

Under the project, Sunhouse will deploy a centralized Order Management System (OMS) across Vietnam, the United States, Mexico, and Canada, while implementing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) at two key e-commerce logistics hubs in Northern and Southern Vietnam. It will consolidate order, customer, and inventory data from multiple channels into a single platform, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Sunhouse’s direct-to-consumer websites. Sunhouse expects the system to deliver full automation of order flows and inventory updates, improving accuracy and reducing manual intervention across geographies.

The initiative is designed to unify multi-market operations, automate order and inventory flows, and modernize warehouse execution as Sunhouse strengthens its presence in high-standard international markets. Sunhouse says the partnership addresses two major operational constraints that had emerged as cross-border e-commerce volumes increased.

First, fragmented marketplace data created delays in synchronization and decision-making. Manual workflows across international platforms, particularly on large marketplaces, raised the risk of inventory inaccuracies and overselling, especially during demand spikes.

Second, traditional warehouse processes limited real-time visibility and traceability. The company faced challenges tracking batch numbers, expiry dates, and serial numbers efficiently, which slowed fulfillment and created bottlenecks during peak sales periods.

To remove these constraints, Anchanto will support Sunhouse in building an integrated OMS + WMS ecosystem.

Anchanto’s WMS will be implemented at two major e-commerce warehouses in Vietnam, one in the north and one in the south, enabling tighter control over product lifecycle management, faster packing and dispatch processes, and stronger reverse logistics capabilities. The goal is to improve warehouse throughput while increasing precision and traceability.

"Digital transformation is no longer an option; it is a prerequisite for Sunhouse to realize its goal of tripling its current scale. Implementing Anchanto's solutions allows us to solve the puzzle of fragmented data and optimize our logistics capacity. This is the solid foundation Sunhouse needs to serve global customers with professional, lightning-fast service," adds Nguyen Xuan Loc, E-Commerce Director, Sunhouse Group.

With the OMS and WMS stack in place, the partners expect measurable performance gains, including: 50% reduction in order processing time, elimination of inventory discrepancies through real-time synchronization and improved scalability to support entry into additional global markets

The companies describe the partnership as one of the most sophisticated retail and household appliance sector transformation projects announced in 2026, positioning Sunhouse to compete more effectively in cross-border e-commerce by pairing brand scale with an integrated digital backbone.
