Silver Sands Resources has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Fairfield Gold Project, a 1,012.73ha gold and silver property with underlying porphyry copper potential in the state of Nayarit, through staged cash payments totaling US$675,000 and the issuance of 5,150,000 common shares over four years.
