A: Founded 47 years ago to sell conveyor belts and power transmission components to the quarry industry in Nuevo Leon, BATRINSA has undergone a major transformation. We globalized and evolved, expanding our range of products to include rollers for conveyor belts and seeking alliances with recognized brands, such as Superior which is a leading manufacturer of belt conveyor components in the United States; o Mercurio, which is the brand of conveyor belts with the greatest presence in Central and South America. Then, we now offer not only a product, but comprehensive solutions for our customers.

Q: How does BATRINSA guarantee the quality and reliability of the products it offers?

A: Our extensive experience and track record in the conveyor belting industry allows us to identify quality products and reliable suppliers. We partner with brands that are already reputable and that share our values and commitment to excellence. For example, our premium line of conveyor belt components is manufactured in a highly automated plant in the US state of Minnesota, ensuring consistent quality and long service life. We also closely follow market developments and our customers' needs to continually adapt our product offering.

Q: How does BATRINSA ensure that its solutions meet customer expectations and deliver the expected results?

A: After-sales service is crucial to us. We have a team of highly qualified engineers and technicians who provide continuous support to our customers. Q: How does the company's new product line compare to others and how does it benefit mining companies?

A: We´re constantly innovating to offer more efficient and profitable solutions to our customers. For example, we have an innovative solution for discharge hoppers, which face significant challenges in terms of wear and friction. Hoppers are originally lined with Hardox steel, we offer an innovative product: The Argonics urethane wear plates, which offer an exceptionally durable alternative as they have been proven to have 8 to 10 times longer life.

Q: What are BATRINSA’s goals and objectives in the Mexican market?

A: Currently and for about 20 years, our target market is the Mexican mining sector. We are doing very well in this segment. However, we evaluate the potential that other sectors have, seeking to diversify our operations to grow our presence in more markets such as grain transportation, the sugar industry and manufacturing. This expansion process brings challenges, especially in terms of human resources and financial strategies; however, we are committed to developing the appropriate strategies to ensure our success.
