As part of the Nefab Group, our thermoformed and injection-molded products are designed to be up to 100% recyclable. Our Green Calc reporting system tracks CO2 savings for our customers, aligning with sustainable manufacturing standards.

By integrating Nefab Group’s practices and products, we are able to offer the best solutions to these diverse industries, meeting the growing demand for sustainability and innovation.

A: PolyFlex – Part of Nefab Group follows a five-phase product development process that starts with a detailed customer requirements checklist. This includes project scope, product specifications, and any special needs like tight tolerances or ESD (Electro Static Discharge) protection for electronic components. We then evaluate customer needs to conceptualize the design, followed by prototyping, tooling, and finally mass production once the first article samples are approved. This structured approach ensures smooth collaboration with clients throughout design, engineering, and testing.

We are deploying a three-phase expansion in Mexico. We have just begun phase one, which involves increasing our manufacturing capabilities. We will start phase two next year by further expanding these capabilities. Phase three, which will start in 2027, will expand our manufacturing capabilities even further with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment. Since joining Nefab Group, we have been integrating our strengths and expanding our product offerings. As we grow, our goal is to help our customers save resources in new segments and expand our reach into new markets.
