Q: How do the company’s mezzanine and elevated platform solutions address storage and productivity challenges?

A: Our solutions are divided in two areas. First, one of our clients’ most common requirements is to double the available space. To do so, we offer mezzanines, which are our specialty. Second is to increase the operability of our clients’ technological systems to optimize the use of storage spaces. Our company plays a key role in the automation industry by collaborating with numerous companies in this field.

We specialize in mezzanines, which are elevated platforms, and place great emphasis on compliance with regulations. We also provide project management, showing our clients that we understand their needs and delivering their project on time and within budget.

Q: How do you customize your solutions to meet the unique needs of each client?

A: Our first step is to understand our clients' needs. We also strive to educate the market on best practices to help our clients make better decisions, which in turn positions us as industry experts. The logistics market is much more specialized than it was 20 years ago, especially in purchasing and operations. It used to be difficult to find people with knowledge of the supply chain but now there are numerous specializations and those working in warehouses are increasingly preparing themselves. This trend is making the market more demanding, which in turn drives us to acquire more tools to offer successful projects.

Q: What challenges have you faced in talent attraction and retention?

A: The first step is to attract talented individuals, followed by building strong teams. This is crucial for us. The best way to achieve this is by being consistent in what we do and say as a company. We invest heavily in training and development, which has allowed us to project our values to the market and our clients. We are passionate about staying informed on topics related to our industry and we strive to educate ourselves continuously. We seek to transmit this knowledge to the market to help businesses make informed decisions and to promote fair competition.

Q: How are you innovating to stay current with the evolving needs of your clients?

A: Internally, we are transitioning toward building information modeling (BIM) systems and 3D design, which allows for greater product reliability. We have ongoing projects that enable us to apply these tools from both an engineering and commercial perspective, offering customers much more immersive experiences, such as virtual tours. We also represent the ResinDek brand, a US brand that is under continuous innovation. We work closely with the brand, providing feedback from the market on the different applications found in the industry.

Q: What are the main obstacles preventing you from reaching new clients?

A: We are a relatively young company, with 10 years of experience. When we first entered the market, it was challenging to explain the benefits of a mezzanine platform and ResinDek. From the beginning, our approach has been to educate the market and demonstrate best practices. The challenges we face are still the same: reaching end-users, showing them the solutions for their various applications and educating them.

Q: What are your priorities for 2023?

A: We have a plan for international expansion. This year, our priority is Colombia and we anticipate encountering the same challenges we faced in Mexico 10 years ago. However, we have gained experience in Latin America, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. ResinDek has already approved our entry into the Colombian market.

We are mainly focusing on e-commerce. This area is expected to grow significantly in the coming years and we want to be present. We are celebrating our 10th anniversary this year and are in a position to continue offering not only a valuable product but also a valuable service. We will continue to accompany our clients so their customers can achieve their dreams.
