Provident Industrial, a division of the Dallas-based Provident, has officially broken ground on phase fpur of Gateway Logistics Park. This latest expansion will add three Class A industrial buildings totaling 46,212m2, reinforcing the park’s status as a premier logistics hub in the region.

"The continued growth of Gateway Logistics Park underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality industrial space in El Paso. With the success of the earlier phases, this next phase strengthens the park's position as a critical hub for logistics and distribution for the region,” says Chris Martin, Director of Southwest Industrial Development and Acquisitions, Provident.

With this addition, Gateway Logistics Park will expand beyond the 85,647m2 developed across its first three phases. Phase four will introduce three rear-load buildings, each designed to support efficient logistics and distribution operations. Buildings 4 and 5 will each span 13,699m2 and feature a shared 62.4m foot truck court, while Building 6, the largest of the trio at 18,807m2, will include a 39.6m court and 44 trailer parking stalls.

This new stage will offer prime connectivity with direct access to Loop 375, as it is situated only 12km north of the Ysleta-Zaragoza Port of Entry in Juarez, Mexico. This advantageous position makes it an ideal choice for tenants engaged in cross-border logistics and distribution. Construction is being managed by Pritchard Associates, with Harvey-Cleary serving as the general contractor.
