Q: What added value does Napse bring to the logistics sector?

AR: We work indirectly with the retail industry and develop software for the oil and gas sector, supermarkets, clothing stores, pharmacies and electronic stores. For the latter five industries, we offer software to manage physical stores or e-commerce, add-ons to increase sales and software for omnichannel management. We also have software for last-mile delivery, connecting physical stores and last-mile logistics companies to facilitate the management of deliveries.

Q: Where does Napse have a presence?

AR: We are a Brazilian company operating in 16 countries, with Brazil being our largest market in Latin America, followed by Mexico and Argentina. We are focused on Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Argentina but we are prepared to enter other markets if a client requests it.

Q: How do you offer a personalized service to your customers?

AR: We specialize in retail and our software is tailored to the specific needs of different sectors. For example, restaurants have different requirements compared to fashion retailers. Physical stores demand information and logistics, which we provide through our software.

MC: We also provide a consultancy network to help our clients deploy our solutions. We understand that many companies can offer software but we add value through our services to ensure necessary implementations are made.

Q: What message would you like to give to the industry?

AR: It is crucial to understand that the market has undergone a radical change since the pandemic, with many processes being accelerated. The generations we are targeting are very different. Generation Z, for instance, holds 40% of the purchasing decisions in a household. There is a strong connection between logistics and retail that was not seen before.

MC: We are at the end of the supply chain and have direct contact with end customers. Any decisions made by the customers can be transmitted in real-time throughout the entire chain.

Napse provides omnichannel solutions to businesses across Latin America. Its services include the development and implementation of strategies to support seamless customer experiences across various channels, such as online, mobile and in-person interactions.
