The French Healthcare Business Forum (FHBF) is a major international B2B and B2G event dedicated to showcasing the excellence, innovation, and global ambitions of the French healthcare ecosystem. Organized by the French Healthcare Association with the support of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Forum has established itself as a strategic meeting point connecting French healthcare stakeholders with high-level decision-makers from key foreign markets. The latest edition was held in Paris on Jan. 19–20, 2026.

The FHBF is designed to accelerate business opportunities by facilitating targeted interactions between manufacturers, health institutions, research centers, universities, and startups on the French side, and healthcare ministries, care networks, distributors, investors, and institutional leaders on the international side. As health challenges intensify and global cooperation evolves, the event plays a key role in highlighting France’s sovereign, innovative, and competitive healthcare offer.

Over two intensive days, the Forum offers a rich program combining tailor-made B2B/B2G meetings, thematic conferences, expert workshops, and high-level networking sessions designed to foster partnerships and drive concrete international projects. Participants benefit from priority-matching based on their geographical and sectoral interests, making the Forum an efficient catalyst for impactful collaborations.

The 2026 edition brought together more than 80 French organizations, including industrial leaders, healthcare providers, research centers, professional associations, consultancy firms, and medical technology innovators. Among the French companies were representatives from medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, hospital infrastructure, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical innovation — an ecosystem recognized for its capacity to combine clinical excellence with cutting-edge research.

International participation was equally strong, with over 170 foreign decision-makers from strategic high-growth markets across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. These delegates were carefully selected for their influence, their interest in French capabilities, and their potential to initiate sustainable partnerships. The Forum’s format is designed to ensure maximum return on investment by focusing on qualified meetings, curated networking, and concrete business leads.

Beyond its economic impact, the FHBF reinforces France’s position as a global healthcare leader by promoting collective expertise, encouraging cross-border collaborations, and supporting the global deployment of innovative solutions. Participants leave the event with new strategic contacts, actionable business opportunities, and a stronger understanding of market needs and international health dynamics.

The French Healthcare Business Forum remains a unique platform for showcasing the best of French healthcare, where medical excellence meets innovative technologies, and where partnerships born in Paris help shape the future of global health.

Among the international delegations, two Mexican buyers made the journey to Paris, invited and accompanied by Business France Mexico, demonstrating the growing interest of Mexican institutions and companies in French medical technologies, hospital infrastructure solutions, and digital health innovations. Their participation offered a valuable opportunity to explore concrete collaborations, meet French suppliers, and access cutting-edge solutions tailored to the needs of the Mexican healthcare system.
