Guadalupe Taddei. The Chamber of Deputies declared four councilors elected who will integrate INE’s General Council from April 4, 2023 to April 3, 2032. President López Obrador celebrated Guadalupe Taddei Zavala’s random selection as the next President Councilor of INE. Moreover, he made it clear that Taddei Zavala is incapable of acting like the outgoing INE President Counselor, Lorenzo Córdova Vianello.

"I celebrate that this election of the four new councilors has already taken place and that it was done through a lottery, because there were 20 female and male candidates and four were selected randomly," he said.

Mañanera of March 27 to Be Taken Down. President Andrés Manuel López Obrador accepted INE’s order to remove the morning press conference of March 27 in which he announced the 'Plan C' of the Electoral Reform, which consisted of not giving a single vote to the conservative bloc. However, López Obrador stated that he will now call for not voting for corrupt politicians. He added that the president can express his opinions on these issues and continue to promote not voting against certain sectors.

PAN Senator Kenia López Rabadán and the PRD party filed a complaint against President López Obrador for violating the principles of fairness and neutrality in the electoral race with explicit calls on how to vote during his press conference.
