Q: How would you define your company’s value proposition for organizations considering industrial dining services?

A: We are an industrial dining service with a human-centered approach. Our goal is not only to provide balanced and nutritious meals but also to create a positive dining experience that directly impacts employee satisfaction and productivity. Well-fed employees return to work more motivated, which benefits overall business performance.

We serve a hospital in Monterrey and see strong potential for growth in the healthcare sector as it demands strict food safety, continuous staff training, and rigorous process control, which align with our strengths. The pandemic highlighted the resilience of healthcare and IT, and we view hospitals and medical facilities as strategic markets where we can combine safety with high-quality, flavorful meals.

Q: Beyond nutrition, what differentiates your service in terms of employee experience?

A: We leverage technology to enhance satisfaction. Employees can pre-select their meals, avoiding the frustration of limited options during late shifts or after long meetings. This personalization improves morale, while also reducing food waste by aligning production with actual demand.

Q: How do you ensure food safety and operational excellence across your facilities?

A: We implement real-time monitoring through cameras that function like a C5 system, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. These controls verify practices such as handwashing every 25 minutes and the use of protective equipment to avoid accidents. For us, zero accidents in our operations means zero risks for our clients.

Q: What measures have you adopted to support environmental sustainability?

A: Our commitment is backed by ISO 14000 certification. We recycle cooking oil, use eco-friendly disposables and cleaning products, and focus on reducing food waste by accurately forecasting demand. These practices ensure environmental responsibility while also improving operational efficiency.

Q: How will the company continue to expand in the healthcare sector?
A: Success means building new partnerships with hospitals or medical device companies. We already serve a medical distribution plant in Monterrey and are preparing to begin operations in a facility in Tijuana. Expanding in the healthcare sector, while demonstrating reliability and quality, is our primary goal.
