Q: How has LHH evolved globally, and what brought this transformation to Mexico?

A: LHH has transformed from focusing exclusively on career transition to becoming a full-cycle talent solutions provider. Globally, we recognized the need to support people not only when they exit an organization but throughout their entire professional journey. In Mexico, we are bringing this transformation to life by integrating recruitment, talent development, coaching, and outplacement into a cohesive service offering. This allows us to provide continuity in the employee experience.

This approach is unique because it creates long-term relationships with talent, rather than addressing isolated HR needs. In Mexico, we are one of the few providers with this level of integration and depth.

Q: How do you ensure consistency in services across regions while adapting to local realities?

A: We use a globally unified methodology and technology platform, adapting them to local labor market dynamics and cultural nuances. For example, while coaching and career mobility tools remain standardized, our engagement with talent and training program design in Mexico are tailored to regional expectations and business maturity.

Clients value flexibility and reject rigid global processes, preferring customized solutions. Local companies often have strong market insight but may lack scalable technologies and methodologies; we bridge this gap by combining both, operating like a “boutique multinational.”

Q: LHH is known for its work in career transitions. How do you make this process meaningful for both individuals and companies?

A: We provide both emotional and practical support during transitions. For individuals, we offer coaching, digital tools, and training that help them re-enter the job market confidently. For companies, we ensure that exits are managed with empathy and professionalism, preserving employer branding and helping reposition talent efficiently. Our success rate in Mexico exceeds 80% reemployment within four months.

Q: What role does purpose play in your approach to talent development?

A: We believe that helping people find meaning in their careers is essential. When individuals connect with their purpose, they are more productive, engaged, and resilient. Whether we are coaching executives or supporting career transitions, we guide people to align their work with personal values and aspirations. That alignment has a measurable business impact.

Q: How are you integrating AI and technology into your services?

A: We use AI to personalize recommendations, identify skill gaps, and match individuals with opportunities faster. In our career transition services, we are also introducing a new platform to the market called Career Studio. This tool will be launched with a new model that uses generative AI and real-time market data to recommend positions to candidates participating in our career transition programs, as well as providing tips and relevant content.

Our Ezra platform offers on-demand coaching and development pathways, scalable across geographies and levels. Technology allows us to democratize access to high-impact services that were once reserved for senior executives.

Q: What talent trends are shaping the Mexican market today?

A: We are seeing a strong push toward upskilling and internal mobility. Organizations understand that retaining and repurposing talent is more sustainable than constant external hiring. There is also a growing recognition that talent must be managed holistically, from recruitment to exit, with a focus on agility and adaptability.

Q: How is LHH enhancing the quality of executive search and recruitment in Mexico?

A: We prioritize alignment and speed. At LHH, we enhance executive search quality in Mexico by going beyond technical skills to deeply assess leadership and soft skills, which many firms overlook.

As companies increasingly hire talent from outside their industries, we address the challenges of reskilling and cultural alignment through extensive candidate evaluations. For mid-management roles and above, we provide personalized onboarding support and work closely with candidates for six to nine months post-hire to ensure full integration and alignment with company goals. This approach allows us to guarantee not only speed but also a high-quality hiring process.

Q: Is recruitment becoming more strategic in Latin America?

A: Absolutely. HR leaders are moving from transactional hiring to strategic workforce planning. They want partners who can offer insight into market trends, talent availability, and long-term value. In this environment, firms that only provide search services without data or development support will struggle to stay relevant.

Clients now expect proactive partnerships, not just service providers. They want us to anticipate talent risks, support workforce transformation, and deliver measurable outcomes. We meet those expectations through data, accountability, and innovation, whether in the form of digital coaching, upskilling and reskilling trainings, or strategic advisory.

Q: What are your priorities for LHH Mexico in the near future?

A: Our focus is to provide the best service to our global clients and to expand our local client base, deepening long-term partnerships, and reinforcing the value of our integrated model. We are also investing in digital platforms, training consultants in data-driven approaches, and building new capabilities in strategic workforce planning. The goal is to be the preferred partner for organizations navigating complex talent challenges in Mexico.

LHH, part of The Adecco Group, empowers people and organizations to navigate change through career transition, coaching, learning, and recruitment.
