Surexs Launches Ammia Flex to Boost Talent-Centric Benefits
Surexs launched Ammia Flex, a technology platform designed to help organizations implement and manage flexible insurance benefits aligned with modern workforce expectations. The tool aims to support HR and compensation teams in offering more personalized employee benefits, responding to the growing need for adaptability in today’s multigenerational and geographically dispersed workplaces.
"One of the main challenges our corporate clients face is offering benefits that improve employee well-being without increasing costs or complicating operations," said Carlo Dagnino, Commercial Director, Surexs. "Ammia Flex was developed specifically to address this issue through secure, easy-to-implement technology that is also free of charge."
Ammia Flex is a new module within the Ammia digital ecosystem, developed by Surexs to modernize the management of corporate insurance plans. It allows organizations to tailor insurance coverage based on each employee’s profile, considering factors such as age, life stage, location, and personal needs, via a centralized, intuitive interface.
The platform includes performance indicators that enable HR and benefits teams to track metrics like usage rates and cost-benefit outcomes. Designed with interoperability in mind, Ammia Flex connects with a range of insurance providers and integrates securely with internal HR and business systems, even across complex, multi-unit organizations, states Surexs. For talent and HR professionals, the tool promises to reduce administrative complexity and support evidence-based decision-making. Its PCI certification ensures data security in line with financial-sector standards, a key concern in managing employee-sensitive information, states the report.
