Workforce and Randstad announced a new partnership aimed at transforming the recruiting process. Integrating Workday's Recruiting Agent with Randstad’s talent network aims to accelerate and refine the hiring process for companies. Randstad operates in 39 markets, including Mexico.

"Finding qualified talent in today’s job market is one of the biggest challenges for companies," said Matthew Brandt, Senior Vice President of Global Partners, Workday. The company’s Recruiting Agent uses artificial intelligence to go through qualified candidates from internal databases, past applicants, and now, Randstad’s talent pool, explains Workday. "By combining Workday’s Recruiting Agent with Randstad’s unmatched talent network, we are making hiring easier and more efficient than it has ever been. This is the future of work, where AI and people collaborate to drive better outcomes,” states Brandt.

In 2024, Workday’s Recruiting Agent processed over 700,000 job requisitions, increasing clients’ recruiting capacity by an average of 54%, states its report. According to the 2025 World Economic Forum Future of Jobs Report, 42% of employers anticipate a shortage of qualified talent by 2030. To address this challenge, the integration will offer companies access to more diverse candidates, smarter matching, and faster hiring, ultimately driving greater productivity and reducing hiring costs.

"At Randstad, we believe AI enhances human expertise while driving efficiency and innovation," said Mike Smith, CEO, Randstad Enterprise. The integrated solution is already available to Workday Recruiting Agent customers in the United States, with plans for a broader rollout in the future, including LATAM.
