Latin American startup Yourney has entered the Mexican market with a platform designed to reshape how organizations develop leaders and talent through technology combined with personalized coaching.

The company, founded in 2022, aims to accelerate organizational transformation by linking individual growth with business strategy. “Organizations that invest in leadership and power skills generate stronger cultures, more engaged teams, and better results,” says Nicolás Morales, Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer, Yourney.

Research indicates that investment in leadership development can yield measurable business benefits. The Center for Creative Leadership reports that companies focusing on leadership achieve higher financial results, improved employee engagement, and greater strategic execution. Gallup data shows that organizations with engaged teams have 21% higher profitability and 17% greater productivity compared with less motivated workforces.

Yourney’s platform combines one-on-one online coaching with a digital academy, offering data-driven insights through a management dashboard that aligns employee development with company objectives. The approach aims to accelerate behavior and habit transformation among leaders more efficiently than traditional training programs. The platform emphasizes the development of “power skills,” which the World Economic Forum identifies as critical for leading in complex, changing environments.

The startup recently closed a US$2 million investment round supported by Invextor and various strategic advisors. It has been recognized by Forbes as one of Chile’s 100 most significant startups in 2023 and 2024, and has won multiple awards including Startup Chile, DCH Chile, and TECLA 2024. “In a world of rapid and exponential changes, preparing leaders through personalized development at scale is essential. Yourney provides a simple, effective, and measurable way to achieve that,” says Martín Mac-Clure, CEO and Co-Founder, Yourney.

With its expansion into Mexico, Yourney seeks to help organizations build inclusive, agile, and competitive cultures, using leadership development as a key driver of business growth. To date, the platform has supported over 70 companies across Latin America and works with over 100 certified coaches across seven countries, offering programs in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
