Q: How has Multiplica's value proposition evolved and what would you consider to be its position within the Mexican digital market?
AS: During our more than ten years in Mexico, we evolved from a boutique consulting firm to an integral strategic partner, capable of accompanying organizations from problem identification to technological implementation. This implied unifying dispersed capabilities — such as research, analytics, and design — into a single coherent and robust structure. Multiplica now occupies a prominent position as a digital transformation catalyst, helping companies accelerate their processes and reduce internal friction in the adoption of complex digital solutions.

Q: What features differentiate Multiplica from other competitors in the industry?
AS: Our main differentiator is our ability to deeply adapt to the reality of each client, understanding their context, digital maturity, and strategic objectives. Unlike standardized models offered by large consulting firms, our approach is based on proximity, operational flexibility, and co-creation of solutions that really impact the business, integrating technology  and product in a truly impact-oriented approach.

We operate with multidisciplinary teams that combine technical expertise, industry knowledge, and experience design, allowing us to build scalable and sustainable solutions. Cases like our collaboration withGEPP, demonstrate how our operational closeness and holistic vision generate long-term relationships and measurable results.

Q: How do you measure the value of Multiplica's services for your clients in terms of ROI, and how does the company ensure that the solutions provided are effective over the long term?
AB: Our approach fully focuses on the client's strategic KPIs. We start each project with a detailed mapping of expectations, whether quantitative or qualitative, which allows us to design solutions oriented to concrete results such as increased sales, process optimization through automation, or improved operational response times. We evaluate ROI not as a single metric, but as a reflection of real impact: from efficiencies of up to 24 seconds per operation, to increases in conversion derived from digital redesigns. When necessary, we work on business hypotheses together with the client, validating their viability with measurable results, and adjust on the fly to maximize value.

Q: What method does Multiplica's platform use to adapt to the business objectives of each of its clients?
AB: We avoid transactional relationships by proposing customized strategies even when that means questioning the initial request. We have a technology-agnostic approach, as we prioritize what really works over any business partnership. This technical independence, coupled with our global structure allows us to offer innovative, feasible, and scalable alternatives.

Q: What are the main challenges industries face when adopting these solutions and how does Multiplica help them overcome them?
AS: The main challenge lies not in the technology, but in the lack of internal alignment within organizations. When business units do not share a common vision or perceive digital changes as threats instead of opportunities, the generated friction compromises the transformation. We address this barrier at the root, facilitating strategic orchestration, managing change at multiple levels, and helping clients clarify their real challenges before thinking about solutions.

Q: How does Multiplica make its solutions scalable and adaptable to different company sizes?
AS: Our approach, based on composable architectures, allows us to design flexible and scalable solutions adapted to the technological context of each organization. Instead of imposing new platforms to replace existing investments, we integrate emerging technologies such as automation and AI on top of ecosystems that are already operational. This not only reduces adoption costs, but also ensures a gradual and efficient implementation, respecting the digital maturity of each client and facilitating real scalability.

Q: How does Multiplica ensure security and data protection within its digital solutions?
AB: Our solutions incorporate security principles by default, including encryption, access control, and compliance with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001 and ISO SOC 2. We also integrate DevSecOps practices throughout the development cycle, with continuous testing (such as DAST and pentesting) and secure automation controls. We undergo external security audits every six months to ensure our compliance. Many of our teams hold ISO 27001 certifications. For example, in our project with a major fintech company, we used OWASP ZAP integrated into their CI/CD pipeline to automate DAST, reducing security validation time by 40%. We also perform regular pentesting using tools like Burp Suite Professional. We are reformulating architectures to maintain governance standards to address the rise of technologies such as Generative AI and autonomous agents, ensuring that AI models operate within controllable and auditable frameworks.

Q: How do you envision the role of AI in the company's local strategy?
AB: AI is fully integrated into our local strategy, not as an add-on, but as an essential enabler at three levels: experience design, process automation, and the evolution of how we build digital products. This involves radically transforming how we approach the user experience. We use AI to personalize and anticipate needs, automate processes with tools ranging from conversational agents to code generators, and redesign digital product engineering, which allows us to reduce the traditional operational burden by up to 60%. This translates into faster delivery, better business results, and solutions aligned with dynamic market expectations.  We leverage technologies like N8N, Langchain, Groq, Mistral, Ollama, Open Router, xAI Grok, Open AI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, DeepSeek, Gemini and Vertex for various AI-powered solutions.

Q: How will the use of AI transform the user experience of products and services, both in Mexico and in other markets?
AB: We are witnessing an accelerated evolution toward hyper-personalized experiences, as AI allows us to know the user in depth and tailor products on an individual level. Concepts such as "AGENTIC experience" reflect this vision, integrating physical, digital, and human touchpoints into a single coherent narrative. User research is no longer limited to interviews; we now employ synthetic users to test hypotheses, generate campaigns, and design products with validation times that have gone from months to weeks.

Q: How is consumer behavior expected to evolve in the coming years?
AS: We are seeing a radical transformation in the way consumers interact with digital platforms. The accelerated adoption of generative models, such as LLMs, is already changing the traditional logic of e-commerce and search engines. The customer journey is being redefined by direct purchasing from conversational interfaces, automated agents interoperating with each other, and the repositioning of brands in environments such as Gemini.

Q: What initiatives is Multiplica taking to prepare Mexican talent to take advantage of these advances?
AB: We have developed a continuous training model based on internal specialty communities that actively research and implement new technological capabilities, particularly in AI. These spaces integrate both our talent and our clients' personnel, generating knowledge transfer in real time. We complement this approach with technical talks, workshops, and Lean Packs oriented to the effective adoption of advanced tools in real environments, not only increasing productivity, but also allowing agile adaptation to market disruptions and minimizing the risk of organizational obsolescence.

Q: What are Multiplica's expansion plans for 2025 in the Mexican market and how do you plan to strengthen your presence in the United States?
AS: In 2025, our focus in Mexico will be on diversifying our portfolio beyond the financial sector, which represents 70% of our clients. We identified opportunities in industries that were previously not viable due to budget constraints, but now show a greater willingness to invest in digital transformation. We closely accompany existing clients, while capitalizing on new opportunities generated by the mobility of talent in the sector and the digital maturation of the financial ecosystem.

In the United States, we have refocused our operations on segments that are aligned with our value proposition, specifically travel and insurance. We are strengthening relationships with strategic clients from key hubs such as Miami, leveraging Latin American talent to offer customized solutions that prioritize a deep understanding of the business.

Q: How will Multiplica navigate the growing demand for autonomy by clients?
AS: Companies will increasingly seek technological autonomy and build up their internal capabilities, reducing their dependence on third parties and preconfigured platforms. Multiplica acts as a strategic enabler to accelerate this transition, integrating data intelligence and experience design to improve the connection with the end user. Our role will be to drive interaction models focused on deep customer understanding, enabling digital channels to become sustainable revenue-generating assets through solutions that respond precisely to clients’ needs.
