Mexico has increasingly become  a target for cybercriminals. The pandemic has led to a surge in attacks directed at employees stationed outside of their company’s networks. However, the  problem is much more complicated. With a lack of proper cyber defense tools at companies across multiple sectors, Mexico has become a prime target for ransomware attacks that threaten to shut down and cause serious harm to vital industries. In addition, cyberfraud is a problem that is impeding the development of an effective and secure transactions ecosystem.  While cyber defense tools are available in the market, many companies do not take precautionary steps and, unfortunately, act only after an attack occurs. With greater awareness of the severity of the situation, the goal is to install a higher number of preventive mechanisms.

Mexico Business Review invites executives in the B2B sector to become aware of the threats and solutions that exist in the world of cybercrime. Throughout the webinar, you will have the opportunity to hear from cybersecurity leaders, as well as leaders of industries affected by this very real threat.

Our discussion will address the following questions:
1. Why should you invest in cybersecurity today?
2. What  areas of cybersecurity are being neglected?
3. How do we create urgency among Mexican companies to invest in cybersecurity?
