Cybersecurity and AI in Election Years
Technology is taking a prominent role in this year’s elections, not only in Mexico but across the world. While AI is being used to disseminate news more effectively regarding candidates’ proposals, there is also a risk of disinformation to influence voters. Meanwhile, experts point out the importance of cybersecurity in government officials’ proposals, highlighting the need for transparent action plans.
