An increasing number of digitalization and automation technologies and services will have to be implemented into the daily functioning of the mining industry to address its most pressing challenges. During the last panel of Mexico Mining Forum 2021’s Day 1, Alejandro Espejel, Head of Intelligent Services at FLSmidth, said that “miners have a constant challenge and that is to maintain profitable operations. FLSmidth's digitization products can help maintain and improve that profitability."
