Helisotar Metals to Restart Mining at San Agustin Mine

Canada-based mining company Heliostar Metals announced it will restart mining operations at its San Agustin mine in Durango in 2H25. In other news, steel company ArcelorMittal announced the stoppage of its blast furnace in Michoacan. The company said the measure was taken following a series of events that led to critical failures in the boilers that sustain the air blast required for the furnace's operation.

Canada-based mining company Heliostar Metals announced it will restart mining operations at its San Agustin mine in Durango in 2H25. The company will transition from residual leaching to active mining of the mineral reserve.
