Silver Surges to 13-Year High Amid Renewed Safe-Haven Demand

Silver prices surged to their highest level since 2012 on June 5, following a technical breakout as investors seek alternative safe-haven assets beyond gold. Spot silver briefly reached US$36.07/oz during early trading, marking its highest level since February 2012, before easing slightly to around US$35.90, marking a 2.6% gain for the day.
