Imperative Logistics Acquires JAMCO, Adding Cross-Border Services

Imperative Logistics, a premier provider of mission-critical domestic and global forwarding solutions, is acquiring leading US-Mexico cross-border and international logistics provider JAMCO. This acquisition aims to allow Imperative Logistics to strengthen its capabilities and enhance its presence in one of the most critical trade corridors in the world.
