Kaspersky Recognized as Leader in Managed Security by Quadrant

In a recent Knowledge Solutions evaluation by Quadrant, an independent market analyst, Kaspersky was acknowledged as a leader in the Managed Security Services market. Recognition comes as Kaspersky's Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Kaspersky Incident Response services secured positions among technology leaders in the Quadrant Knowledge Solutions SPARK Matrix for 2023.

The SPARK Matrix evaluates vendors based on technology excellence and customer impact, with Kaspersky's MDR and Incident Response services receiving favorable ratings in both areas, the company reports.

According to Kaspersky, the managed services market is experiencing substantial growth due to factors such as the surge in user-generated data, evolving cyber threats, government regulations, and a shortage of cybersecurity professionals. As a result, companies are increasingly turning to external cybersecurity specialists for assistance in monitoring telemetry and managing cybersecurity solutions with limited in-house resources. Cognitive Market Research predicts a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 12.80% for the Global Managed Security Services market from 2023 to 2030.

Kaspersky's MDR provides advanced, round-the-clock protection against threats that evade automated security measures. This is particularly beneficial for organizations dealing with a shortage of specialized staff or limited in-house resources.

The Incident Response service offered by Kaspersky covers the entire incident investigation and response cycle, offering a comprehensive approach from early incident response to identifying traces of hacking and preparing an attack mitigation plan.
