AJW Group, a global provider of aircraft component parts, repair, and supply chain solutions, has unveiled its latest support hub in Mexico City, marking a significant milestone in the company's expansion strategy. This move aims to bolster customer service capabilities across Latin America and the Caribbean, key regions in AJW Group's growth trajectory.
With Latin America and The Caribbean emerging as pivotal markets for AJW Group, the establishment of the Mexico City hub reinforces the company's goal to deliver top-notch services in the region. Recent lucrative support contracts and industry accolades have solidified AJW Group's position as a premier MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) provider, offering comprehensive end-to-end supply chain solutions tailored to the aviation sector's needs.
The new hub in Mexico City provides a gateway to an extensive inventory of spare parts for Airbus and Boeing aircraft, including engines and major assets valued at approximately US$500 million. Beyond offering immediate access to critical components, the hub facilitates contractual support negotiations, MRO services, and comprehensive nose-to-tail support solutions.
Wilmer Lopez, Sales Director Latin America & The Caribbean, expressed optimism about the new regional support hub, highlighting its potential to propel AJW's business in Latin America. Leveraging extensive experience in the Used Serviceable Material (USM) market and MRO business, Lopez is confident in surpassing customer expectations and strengthening AJW Group's brand presence in the region.
