KIA México celebrated its 10th anniversary by inaugurating two new facilities in Nuevo Leon to strengthen its operations and after-sales service in northern Mexico: a Recruitment Center in Apodaca and a logistics warehouse in Salinas Victoria.

The Recruitment Center, opened on July 2, aims to enhance the hiring process by introducing candidates to KIA’s operational culture and production areas, including stamping, welding, painting, and assembly. Young Sam Kim, president of KIA México, said, “Since the company’s arrival 10 years ago, we have found the best talent in this region. Recruitment has been key for KIA, as thanks to our employees we have consolidated our position as the leading automotive operation in the country.”

The following day, KIA inaugurated its second major logistics warehouse at the Interpuerto Industrial Park in Salinas Victoria, in partnership with Hyundai Mobis. The facility focuses on improving after-sales service in northern Mexico by offering deliveries within 24 hours, enhanced handling with zero damage, guaranteed 100% punctuality, and a Will Call service allowing distributors to collect parts directly.

KIA México announced plans to extend this logistics network to Coahuila and Tamaulipas by January 2026 and to open a third warehouse in southeastern or western Mexico as part of a national coverage strategy.
