Q: How would you describe CreAI's position in the AI market in Mexico and Latin America, and what differentiates your company from your competitors in the region?
A: We are in a pioneering position in the market. We focus on democratizing and standardizing the implementation of AI in multiple sectors, using technologies such as ML and creating personalized models. What sets us apart from our competitors is our holistic approach: we not only develop custom solutions, but also facilitate a key educational process to ensure that businesses understand the potential of AI and how it can transform their operations, improving efficiency and decision making.

Q: Which industries and business sectors were the highest adopters of your solutions during 2024?
A: During 2024, we saw significant adoption in the customer service sector, where automation and predictive analytics are crucial to standardize care and improve quality. The logistics sector has also been key, especially in customer service automation, route optimization, and risk management. In the United States, we have also worked with clients in the payroll sector, handling large volumes of data and processes for over 5 million employees.

Q: How does CreAI  generate unique value for each client, especially in a market as dynamic and competitive as Mexico's?
A: We create value through a highly personalized approach, which begins with a thorough understanding of the client's priorities and long-term vision. This consultative process allows us to identify how AI can be a key driver in achieving their strategic objectives. From there, we develop tailored solutions that consider both the operational layer and the technology infrastructure, always ensuring that data stays within the client's ecosystem, which is critical for continuous improvement and long-term competitiveness. Our approach encompasses more than implementation as we accompany clients in their organizational transformation, minimizing friction and ensuring successful technology integration.

Q: What are the main challenges Mexican companies face in terms of AI integration and how can CreAI help overcome them?
A: One of the main challenges Mexican companies face is the lack of a unified data infrastructure, which hinders predictability and process automation. We help overcome this challenge through data integration, enabling companies to have a solid foundation for implementing AI solutions. There is also widespread fear about automation and its impact on employment, but in our experience, AI reduces repetitive tasks, allowing employees to focus on more strategic and creative activities.

Q: How can AI optimize operational processes across multiple industries and how does CreAI address these specific needs?
A: Generative AI and natural language processing are revolutionizing the automation of operational processes in various industries. In logistics, for example, we have developed solutions that integrate virtual agents capable of interacting with tracking and operations systems, optimizing customer service and last-mile order management. In finance, predictive models allow us to improve recruitment processes, from profiling to candidate classification, reducing hiring times by 55% and reducing employee turnover by 25%. In addition, the automation of repetitive tasks, such as document conversion and data management, not only improves operational efficiency, but also allows companies to reduce costs and scale their operations in a more agile way.

Q: What recent success stories showcase CreAI's transformative impact on Mexican companies?
A: We worked with a large-scale advertising agency to implement an automated model and enhance its media planning process. The initial problem was the complexity of distributing budgets between traditional and digital channels, which required a lot of time and manual analysis. We implemented a system that integrated data from Google Analytics, Meta, and YouTube, among other platforms, to analyze product consumption trends and comments on unboxing videos. The result was a much more efficient budget distribution and a predictive media plan that significantly reduced work time from weeks to just a few days.

Another example took place in the logistics sector, where we developed a predictive model to optimize the use of vehicles based on inventory. The problem was the inefficient use of trucks, which were often not completely filled, generating unnecessary costs. Our solution recommends the most efficient type of vehicle and route for each shipment, optimizing both space and company resources. This reduced operating costs and improved logistics efficiency.

Finally, in the e-commerce sector, we helped a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company to create a virtual sales consultant. Its problem was the lack of online guidance for customers choosing products. We trained a natural language model with product data to offer a more conversational and personalized shopping experience. This improved the user experience, guiding the customer in their purchasing decisions in a similar way to face-to-face customer service.

Q: How does CreAI ensure data security and privacy in its predictive analytics solutions and ML models?
A: We protect data primarily by avoiding the use of external platforms. We also use robust security systems provided by large cloud providers such as Google Cloud, which offer advanced layers of data protection. Finally, we implement strict cybersecurity protocols and train users in the proper handling of tools to avoid leaks of sensitive information.

Q: How crucial will AI solutions be in the future of Mexican companies, and what role does CreAI play in that digital transformation?
A: Within three to five years, companies that do not implement AI will fall significantly behind the competition. This can be seen in the call center industry, which is already undergoing accelerated change; companies that do not adopt AI are quickly losing large accounts to providers that do. We play a key role in this digital transformation by offering tailored solutions that integrate AI into companies' existing ecosystems, ensuring data protection and optimizing operational efficiency. Automating processes, such as reducing customer service costs, is just one example of how AI can make businesses not only more competitive, but also more profitable and scalable.

Q: What technological and social aspects are influencing the development of AI-based solutions and how does CreAI capitalize on these trends?
A: The development of AI-based solutions is heavily influenced by hardware advancement and demand, especially in terms of servers and training chips. Companies such as Amazon have data centers to train AI models, which underscores the importance of physical infrastructure. A key component is the availability of chips such as those from Nvidia, which are now essential for training AI models, and for which demand has skyrocketed, driving up costs.

Automation and its impact on employment are also crucial points. While AI can eliminate repetitive tasks, it can also generate social friction due to changes in the labor market. Therefore, it is essential that there is a sound public and private strategy to manage the challenges arising from automation-generated unemployment.

Q: How would you describe Mexico's position in terms of AI development and momentum compared to other countries in the region?
A: Compared to leading countries, Mexico is still at an early stage, but the country has great potential. Its technological infrastructure is constantly improving, and there is a growing interest in both the public and private sector to strengthen the AI ecosystem. Mexico also has a significant opportunity to follow the example of countries like India, where learning programming is accessible at all levels of society.

Our CreAI Coders program actively contributes to reducing the social gap by offering opportunities for people from vulnerable sectors, allowing them to learn to program and participate in the development of technological solutions. This allows us to support the growth of AI in Mexico and Latin America.

Q: What are CreAI's growth plans and expectations for the Latin American market in 2025?
A: We have aggressive expansion plans for 2025, starting with the opening of a technology hub in Mexico City, where startups and AI development will be encouraged. The plan is to replicate what we are doing in other countries and attract international talent to strengthen the local ecosystem. We are also opening offices in Colombia and Austin, Texas. Our offices in Colombia will focus on commercial and recruitment operations, taking advantage of cost competitiveness and market demand.

We expect to increase our turnover from US$700,000 to US$4 million per month and expand our team from 100 to 500 people. We are also working on the CreAI Coders program, aiming to train over 200 new programmers this year.

Q: What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs to differentiate themselves in the competitive technology market?
A: Entrepreneurs should take advantage of the vast technology market, especially in AI, where competition is still limited and demand is high. The key is to create global solutions from the start, not just tailored to local markets. Passion and conviction will allow entrepreneurs to overcome challenges. This is the best time to innovate, as technology is advancing rapidly and there are many undeveloped opportunities.
