Q: How would you define hiberus' position in the Mexican market and what key factors have allowed it to differentiate itself from the competition?

A: hiberus is a global company focused on technological expertise across large corporations in key sectors such as finance, manufacturing, and retail. Our ability to homologate suppliers and leverage global expertise allows us to add value by integrating advanced technologies such as AI, data analytics, and cloud solutions. This approach set our capacity to adapt to the specific needs of the Mexican market. We stand out thanks to our ability to offer technological solutions that directly impact the digital transformation of our clients.

Q: What differentiates hiberus from other players in the industry?

A: The main difference between hiberus from other IT consulting firms for the B2B sector is our specialization. We have more than 3,500 employees and take an approach based on "tribes" dedicated to specific technologies. This enables us to adapt to our clients' existing infrastructure without making radical changes to their technologies. Our model maximizes the value of the technology already deployed by companies, while offering solutions in 42 specialized areas from content management systems (CMS) to AI, ensuring that each customer receives the support they need.

Companies seek our expertise because they lack standardization and need to leverage the data and technology they already have. We work to transform non-standardized data into valuable information using cutting-aged technologies. For example, we have implemented solutions for credit risk management in the financial sector, following high standards of security and authentication, while in the retail sector, we have optimized the customer experience through AI and virtual testing.

Q: Which of your solutions have shown the greatest adoption by Mexican and Latin American companies?

A: Companies are embracing solutions that focus on data management, process automation and full cloud capacities. Mexican and Latin American companies often lack visibility into their workflows, which slows down processes and affects efficiency. We offer solutions that automate and provide visibility into each stage of the processes, permit to define accurate data for business decisions while perform on cloud environments to gain high availability.

Q: How has hiberus presence in the Mexican market evolved in recent years?

A: Our journey on the Mexican market began through the acquisition of a French group with 8 years of solid service in Mexico with an established structure and consolidated clients. The challenge was to expand a narrow solutions portfolio to 42 hyperspecialized technologies, which required demonstrating the added value of our proposal. Although we faced resistance at the beginning due to the preference for single solutions, we managed to position ourselves as a strategic partner capable of orchestrating technology based on business needs.

Q: How does hiberus integrate its solutions into its clients’ existing infrastructures?

A: As a consulting firm, we are agnostic to clients’ technology. The first step is to identify what kind of security, operational efficiency, flexibility, or scalability the client needs. Then, we provide recommendations based on industry standards. If a client already has any of these technologies in place, we assess their state to determine what additional technology could fit better to exploit the full potential of the solution.

Q: How is the perception of cybersecurity evolving among Mexican companies?

A: Cybersecurity has gone from being a secondary area to an essential pillar in all companies, especially in large corporations. We work closely with leading cybersecurity manufacturers and follow strict regulations, such as those of Mexico’s National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), to ensure that our solutions are secure and comply with data privacy standards. We offer a comprehensive security vision, combining technology and strategies aligned with the client's business objectives to protect both processes and information.

Q: How does hiberus foster talent development among its workforce?

A: Talent development is fundamental to us. We have a People department with over 90 employees and a strong organizational culture that promotes organic and sustainable growth. We provide our employees with training opportunities on emerging technologies through hiberus University, and we foster collaboration and integration between intercultural teams. Our culture of wellness and professional development makes our employees feel part of a common purpose, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Q: Where does Mexico stand in terms of technology adoption compared to other Latin American markets?

A: Mexico is undergoing a transition. Globally, all companies are redefining their budgets to invest in technology, especially in AI, a key area for growth and differentiation. Despite the challenges, Mexico is well positioned, as many companies are adopting advanced technologies and replicating success stories that have been implemented in more mature markets, such as the European Union or the United States.

Q: How will hiberus continue strengthening its presence in Mexico in 2025?

A: We plan to grow on scale in the coming years, aiming to have 200 employees in Mexico by the end of 2025. We will focus on the financial, retail, automotive and manufacturing sectors, areas in which we have experience and have a high potential for expansion. We will also seek to strengthen our presence by integrating scalable solutions adapted to the specific needs of the Mexican market, relying on our highly trained human capital to implement projects that add value in the long term.

We are adjusting our business model to tailor solutions to the needs of our local clients. We focus on the implementation of practical and scalable projects. For example, we support the creation of data lakes, helping companies adopt specialized tools such as Snowflake.

Q: What new solutions or technologies will hiberus offer to its customers in the coming years?

A: We are focusing on advanced AI integration to offer more powerful solutions to our customers. We are looking at specific use cases for sectors such as financial and retail, where AI solutions can improve processes and generate tangible ROI. Our vertical specialization allows us to implement technologies that comply with local regulations and optimize workflows, adapting global best practices to maximize our clients' results.

In the coming years, the industry will be defined by how companies manage and exploit AI. The challenge will be to balance the adoption of advanced technologies with data security and privacy. As enterprises seek to optimize resources, the trend will be to do more with less, making the most of available technologies to improve productivity and decision making, while maintaining control over processes and security within organizations.
