Q: How has CIRTEC evolved in the Mexican market since its founding in 2015?
A: We have evolved strategically, focusing on electronic security and cybersecurity. The integration of these two business units has been key, allowing us to expand our value offering and respond to the needs of corporations looking for more than just a simple technological implementation.

Our evolution was driven by the demand for managed service models, which led us to participate in large-scale projects with a focus on optimizing operating costs. Companies need to outsource technological processes without increasing their operational burden, which led us to develop a comprehensive model that encompasses consulting, implementation, and after-sales support. This allowed us to differentiate ourselves from the competition and generate long-term value.

Q: What key factors allowed CIRTEC to position itself in the market?
A: The development of strategic relationships with global manufacturers and the adoption of a managed service provider (MSP) model allowed us to offer scalable and sustainable solutions. Our focus on operational efficiency allows us to reduce OPEX costs for our customers, while the ability to take on the complete management of projects positions us as strategic partners. In addition, the pandemic accelerated digital transformation, further driving demand for our managed services and strengthening our position in the market.

Q: Given the growing demand for integrated technology solutions, what added value does CIRTEC offer compared to other technology integration companies in Mexico?
A: Our added value lies in specialization. Instead of covering an extensive ecosystem of solutions and manufacturers, we have consolidated our offer in key areas where we really add value. This allows us to act quickly and accurately, anticipating incidents before they affect our customers' operations. Unlike larger, more systematized companies, our ability to adapt allows us to offer immediate solutions without compromising quality or security. In addition, we strategically invest in certifications and training to ensure we have comprehensive knowledge of the technologies we implement.

Q: Your portfolio includes managed services and business continuity strategies. How do you help clients avoid interruptions caused by technology or security incidents?
A: Our strategy to ensure operational continuity for our clients is based on proactivity and expertise in incident response. We have specialized detection and response teams that operate under constant simulations to anticipate any type of threat. This allows us to act quickly to ensure that any interruption is mitigated with the least possible impact, thus minimizing the impact on the operation.

Q: How does CIRTEC ensure that its solutions are effective and sustainable in the long term?
A: We have opted for a strategic approach based on partnerships with a small number of key manufacturers, with whom we have strong and direct relationships. This allows us to implement technologically advanced solutions, adapted to the specific needs of each client and with guaranteed scalability. We also encourage continuous training, ensuring that our technological offering evolves at the pace of the market and emerging threats.

Q: How do you provide a unified service tailored to the needs of each client?
A: We start by identifying the needs of SMEs. Our approach integrates digital marketing, cybersecurity, and infrastructure under a consultative model that not only offers technological solutions, but also helps companies understand how to optimize their operations.

Q: What are the main challenges companies face when integrating new technologies into their operations?
A: Many managers do not fully understand the risk matrix associated with digitization. Lack of awareness can lead companies to see investments in cybersecurity and business continuity as expenses, rather than strategic needs. While large corporations have integrated this vision into their boards of directors, many smaller companies have not yet assimilated that a vulnerability in their digital infrastructure can exclude them from critical supply chains.

Q: What trends are marking the evolution of cybersecurity in the Mexican business environment?
A: In Mexico, cybersecurity is evolving without mandatory regulations in place, which has generated a reactive mentality in many companies. Unlike other countries where regulations drive the adoption of best practices, a large part of organizations in Mexico do not perceive the risks until they face a cybersecurity incident. Another emerging trend is the demand for compliance by large corporations and international companies operating in Mexico, as a growing number of global supply chains require suppliers that comply with international security standards.

Q: What actions are necessary to create a collaborative environment that effectively strengthens the cybersecurity industry?
A: The key is to establish multi-sectoral working groups with concrete objectives and measurable actions. We promote the creation of these spaces to align interests between companies, government agencies, and academic entities. Effective collaboration requires transparency in the exchange of information, agreements on security standards, and a flexible regulatory framework that fosters innovation without compromising data integrity. It is also essential to have a governance scheme that ensures the follow-up of joint initiatives, avoiding isolated efforts that do not generate long-term impact.

Q: What are CIRTEC's main strategic priorities for 2025 in terms of expansion, innovation, or diversification?
A: In 2025, we aim to consolidate our presence in Colombia, while strengthening our center in Queretaro. We also plan to expand to the United States, focusing on Texas and Florida, by taking advantage of our competitive hourly cost in 24/7 cybersecurity services.

Q: What suggestions would you make to executives looking to optimize security within their company's technology infrastructure?
A: Security optimization should not be limited to the most recognized solutions on the market, but to those that really fit the needs and budgets of each company. It is essential to carry out laboratory tests to evaluate the real functionality of the tools. For example, some high-performing solutions do not have the media exposure that large manufacturers have. The key is to adopt an approach based on specific needs, perform controlled tests and evaluate post-sales support before committing to any solution.
