Implementing technology in last-mile logistics can offer businesses a significant edge in trust, reputation, and revenue, particularly in the quick commerce sector, a US$1.1 billion industry, according to DispatchTrack experts.

At the core of DispatchTrack’s offerings is a powerful platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to optimize last-mile logistics, especially crucial with the growth of quick commerce. The company’s solutions convert raw data into actionable insights, enabling real-time tracking and seamless communication for delivery teams. “Our software provides end-to-end visibility, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency,” said Carlos Díaz, General Manager, DispatchTrack.

The platform enhances the delivery experience and helps businesses meet rising consumer expectations, noted Emilio González Polz, Director, DispatchTrack Mexico. It can accommodate a variety of delivery needs, such as express or standard delivery options, precise drop-off coordination, and efficient post-delivery customer interactions. “Failure in any of these areas impacts the brand experience, which is why our solutions cover all facets of delivery management,” he added.

According to Statista, the Quick Commerce market in Mexico is projected to reach US$1.1 billion by 2024 and is expected to grow at a 14.16% CAGR through 2029, reaching US$2.2 billion. The demand for fast, reliable delivery is underscored by the increasing user base, which could rise to 10.1 million by 2029, with user penetration anticipated to grow from 5.0% in 2024 to 7.6% in 2029, indicating vast potential in the Mexican market.

As the only global provider in the region, DispatchTrack addresses unique logistical challenges, from limited infrastructure and ambiguous addressing to congestion. “Recognition as a top-tier provider by Gartner underscores our commitment to the Latin American market and our capability to deliver customized solutions,” Díaz told MBN.

One such solution is DispatchTrack’s AI- and ML-powered quick commerce service, meeting growing demands for rapid deliveries—anywhere from 11 minutes to four hours. “Post-pandemic, everyone expects things to happen quickly and seamlessly,” Díaz noted, adding that this shift applies not only to consumer goods but also to B2B services.

However, businesses often lose control over the delivery experience on other platforms, affecting brand perception, and the high costs—up to 25% of order value—can be prohibitive. DispatchTrack offers an alternative that preserves brand control while providing scalability without high expenses.
