Cinepolis Wins Schneider Electric Sustainability Award 2024

Cinepolis, Latin America's largest cinema chain and a global industry leader, has been honored with the prestigious Schneider Electric Sustainability Impact Award 2024, under the "Impact by Enterprise" category. 

In the latest edition of the Schneider Electric Sustainability Impact Awards, which drew 420 participants, nearly double compared to its inaugural year, Cinepolis stood out for its innovative and effective sustainability initiatives. These efforts earned the company the prestigious award and positioned it to represent Mexico in the regional phase. 

Schneider Electric's recognition specifically applauds Cinepolis' innovative projects aimed at decarbonization and promoting environmental sustainability. These include optimizing energy consumption across its facilities, utilizing clean and renewable energy sources, and deploying advanced technologies for efficient resource management. These actions not only reduce Cinepolis' carbon footprint but also set a benchmark in the entertainment industry for adopting sustainable practices.
