Fr8App to Oversee Amazon Mexico’s Cross-Border Shipping
US-based tech company Freight Technologies has expanded its relationship with Amazon Mexico to include cross-border logistics operations through its digital platform, Fr8App. This enhancement broadens the scope of services provided to the region and aligns with Fr8App's long-term strategy.
Fr8App, which offers a real-time portal for B2B cross-border and domestic shipping within the USMCA region, will now manage dual logistics services for Amazon Mexico. The platform was previously selected in December 2023 to handle Amazon Mexico's high-demand season logistics needs for the second consecutive year. With the recent expansion, Fr8App will also oversee US-Mexico cross-border shipping.
The company said the expansion highlights Fr8App's growing influence in the logistics sector and underscores the importance of efficient cross-border operations within the USMCA region. By leveraging advanced technology, Fr8App aims to address the increasing demands of international logistics, ensuring efficiency and reliability for its clients. "We are honored to further strengthen our business relationship with Amazon Mexico and to broaden our scope of service. This expansion squarely fits within Fr8Tech's long-term vision of becoming a leading logistics partner in North America and speaks volumes about the confidence being placed in Fr8App’s capabilities and our commitment to delivering solutions to corporations of all sizes,” said Javier Selgas, CEO, Freight Technologies.
