ExxonMobil Names Solid Pérez as Mexico CEO
ExxonMobil appointed Solid Pérez as president and director general of its Mexico operations, marking the first time the company has appointed a woman for this position. Pérez succeeds Bill Eisner, who led the company in Mexico for nearly five years.
With three decades of experience at ExxonMobil, Pérez has worked in commercial operations, supply chain management, and strategic innovation across Latin America and the United States. Most recently, she led Commercial Operations for LVC in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she focused on improving efficiency and optimizing operations at the global and regional scale. She has also held roles as Supply Chain Manager for Latin America, Retail Fuels Manager for the Southeastern United States, and Sales Operations Manager for the Americas.
ExxonMobil stated that Pérez brings a combination of technical expertise and strategic vision, reinforcing the company's commitment to collaboration and innovation while strengthening its presence in Mexico’s energy market.
