Circle K Mexico Pilots Digital Signage to Boost Sales, Cut Waste
Creative Realities has deployed its first digital signage system at a Circle K store in Mexico, installing four screens to deliver localized promotions, seasonal offers, and corporate updates. The initiative aims to reduce reliance on printed materials, lower environmental waste, and enhance customer engagement—all while enabling better tracking of campaign performance.
The pilot utilizes Creative Realities’ ReflectView content management software, supported by its proprietary hardware, network strategy, and technical support. Circle K Mexico expects the system to drive a sales increase and realize cost savings through reduced paper and plastic consumption.
Following the initial deployment, Circle K plans to expand the pilot to five additional stores, with a potential nationwide roll-out across up to 200 locations.
Julián Arcila, Creative Realities’ LATAM Director and Head of Marketing, stated, “By providing targeted, timely, and sustainable promotional content directly to shoppers, we are creating a more engaging experience while significantly reducing the store’s environmental footprint.” He added that Circle K’s signage initiative represents a transformative shift for retail in Latin America.
Arcila also expressed his belief that Circle K is poised to become a sustainability leader within the convenience store sector. “We envision Circle K Mexico becoming a leader in digital-first retail, clearly demonstrating how innovation and sustainability drive both business growth and environmental responsibility,” he said.
