Deloitte Launches HR Academy in Partnership With HRCI
Deloitte has launched its HR Academy in collaboration with the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), aiming to provide structured learning and certification support to Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) and their teams.
The initiative is part of Deloitte Academies, a broader platform of workforce-focused programs developed to build leadership capacity and future-ready skills. The HR Academy addresses the increasing demand for HR professionals to stay current in a fast-changing workplace environment.
“As the pace of change in the workplace accelerates, it is crucial for HR professionals to stay ahead of the skills needed to support their organizations,” says Kyle Forrest, Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP.
Through the HR Academy, Deloitte and HRCI offer a combination of technical and leadership development modules. The program is designed to help HR professionals navigate evolving business needs while preparing for professional certification. CHROs can implement the academy across their departments, promoting upskilling at every level of the HR function.
The offer includes tailored learning paths that address different levels of experience within HR, from entry-level roles to senior leadership. Participants also have access to in-person sessions and advisory services intended to provide practical applications of the course content.
“The collaboration with Deloitte underscores our shared commitment to providing world-class training and certification programs that empower HR professionals,” says Amy Dufrane, CEO, HRCI.
Deloitte’s recent “Global Human Capital Trends” report emphasized the need for organizations to rethink HR’s role in an increasingly digital and dynamic work environment. The report suggests HR functions must adopt a more flexible and integrated approach to managing human capital.
