Meta recently declared the end of Workplace from Meta, their employee engagement platform. This decision comes as part of their strategy to simplify their product lineup and concentrate more on advancing metaverse technologies. To facilitate a smooth transition for its customers, Meta has selected Workvivo as its exclusive preferred migration partner, as reported by Workvivo.

"Meta has made a huge impact in this market, and we believe that Workvivo is the natural choice for Meta customers to transition their employee experience platform,” said John Goulding, CEO and Founder, Workvivo.

Eric S. Yuan, CEO and Founder, Zoom, which acquired Workvivo in 2023, echoed this sentiment, praising Workvivo's efficacy in engaging workforces. “We are excited to support Workplace from Meta’s customers and help them reach their goals of reaching and engaging employees – whether they [a]re desk or frontline workers,” added Yuan.

Workvivo by Zoom serves as an employee experience platform, facilitating communication and bolstering engagement across diverse work environments. Leveraging its acquisition by Zoom, Workvivo expands the capabilities of the Zoom Workplace platform, offering innovative solutions to enhance employee connectivity and organizational culture.

Notable brands such as Dollar General, the Virgin Group, and Amazon have already embraced Workvivo to fortify their employee engagement strategies, as reported by Workvivo. With Meta's endorsement, Workvivo is poised to further solidify its position as a leading provider of digital employee experience solutions. “We are excited to welcome Workplace from Meta customers into our incredible customer community and see the amazing things they can do with Workvivo,” said Goulding.

The collaboration between Meta and Workvivo signifies a strategic move to ensure continuity and efficacy in employee engagement amidst evolving workplace dynamics. Workvivo will additionally provide supplementary implementation services at no extra charge, aiming to support customers throughout the transition process.
