Ness Digital Engineering, a global full-cycle digital transformation company, announced the opening of its new headquarters in Guadalajara´s Puerta de Hierro, one of the most prominent business and real estate districts in Zapopan.

The expansion underscores the growing importance of Latin America in the global technology ecosystem and reinforces Ness’ commitment to developing high-impact nearshore Centers of Excellence focused on AI-powered Intelligent Engineering.

The new hub follows the company’s partnerships with five strategic clients who chose Ness to establish long-term engineering bases in Latin America, reflecting a broader trend in how businesses are reimagining agile product development and digital innovation.

Designed as a customer-centric delivery center, the Guadalajara office will accelerate time-to-market and scale digital transformation processes across industries. With access to a fast-growing talent pool in software engineering, Salesforce, QA, analytics, and automation, Mexico is poised to become a key pillar within Ness’s global delivery model.

The Guadalajara center aims to hire 50 employees by the end of 2025, growing to more than 200 in 2026 and surpassing 300 in 2027. The company’s rapid expansion in Mexico reflects both client demand and Ness’s intent to establish the country as a hub for Intelligent Engineering, where next-generation software platforms and products are built.

“Mexico is an essential part of our global engineering network, serving clients who seek agile product development within their time zone,” said Dr. Ranjit Tinaikar, CEO, Ness.

“The country offers a unique blend of large-scale tech talent and deep engineering expertise that strengthens our follow-the-sun model alongside our centers in Europe and India. Guadalajara, one of North America’s most vibrant tech communities, was the natural choice for our nearshore presence.”

The company also plans to relocate senior engineering leaders to Latin America to consolidate the region as a key hub for digital delivery. Ness teams are already active in Mexico City, Zapopan, Apodaca, and Guanajuato, providing expertise in CPQ, Salesforce, full-stack development, QA, and data operations, all foundational capabilities powering the company’s AI-driven solutions.

“We are laying the foundation for the engineering excellence of the future,” said Amit Srivastava, Vice President of Engineering, Ness. “This is not just a capability center; it is a launchpad for transformative innovation driven by AI. By investing in Latin America’s vibrant tech ecosystem, we are building a future where proximity fuels partnership and where collaboration and scale meet ingenuity.”

Founded in New York, Ness Digital Engineering operates 11 innovation hubs across the United States, Eastern Europe, and India. The company, fully acquired by KKR in 2022, delivers consulting and large-scale engineering services that help businesses thrive in the digital economy.

Jalisco: Mexico’s New Industrial Powerhouse

MBN reported that Jalisco is taking an active role in supporting the industrial real estate sector. Municipalities like El Salto, Zapopan, and Tlaquepaque were cited by stakeholders as growth corridors for new industrial developments, ranging from advanced manufacturing to logistics and chip production.

“Investment in Jalisco has grown steadily, making it an attractive hub for companies looking to establish or expand operations,” says Bruno Martínez, President, Association of Industrial Parks of Jalisco (APIEJ).

With 22 industries, 19 of them export-oriented, and more than 17 million m2 of industrial real estate inventory developed over 60 years, Jalisco is a national benchmark for industrial diversification, supported by strong logistics, infrastructure, and human capital.
