Chirey has completed its third year in the Mexican market. Operating as Chirey Motor México since 2022, the company is relaunching its product lineup and strengthening its after-sales strategy, with a focus on building customer trust.

“The first car sells in the showroom, but the second, third, and fourth are sold in the workshop,” said Svein Azcué, Chief Operating Officer. “That is why our goal is to make every service visit transparent, predictable, and simple.”

Leveraging a global footprint—operating in 120 countries and exporting over five million vehicles over 28 years—Chirey has implemented a local “co-living” model that unites its brands Chirey, Omoda, and Jaecoo under one roof. The network now spans 83 sales and service centers in key Mexican cities.

One of the brand’s highlights is the Jaecoo 7 Super-Hybrid (SHS), equipped with 20 electronic driver-assistance systems—described by the company as the most in its segment. In 2025, it set a world record in Mexico by traveling 1,613 kilometers on a single fuel tank plus battery charge in a notarially certified run.

Chirey reinforces its product credibility with an industry-leading engine warranty—10 years or one million kilometers—aimed at fostering long-term brand confidence. Despite global parts shortages, the company reports a stabilized supply chain and a strengthened after-sales network.

This year, Chirey expanded its portfolio with the Tiggo 7 PHEV CSH, Tiggo 8 PHEV hybrids, and a new compact SUV, broadening its market reach. For Azcué, bringing the experience directly to customers is key: “Do not take my word for it—visit your nearest dealer, test-drive our vehicles, and see for yourself. I’m confident you’ll fall in love with our Super-Hybrids.”
