CFE Fibra E, the only financial vehicle with access to Mexico’s National Transmission Grid (RNT), reported solid results for 2Q25, delivering an 11.2% dividend yield, well above the 6.0% Fibra industry’s average. The strong performance reflects the robust and diversified operation of the RNT and the vehicle’s unique business model.

During the April-June period, holders of Series “A” certificates, primarily Mexican workers represented through pension funds, received 76% of a total MXN824.8 million in distributions. The structure of the Fibra prioritizes these payouts, reinforcing alignment between investors and administrators.

CFE Fibra E also took steps to strengthen its governance. On May 2, the Certificate Holders’ Assembly appointed Yolanda Espinoza Félix, an executive with over 23 years in the financial sector, as an independent member of its Technical Committee. The move reinforces the company’s commitment to responsible, transparent management aligned with market best practices.

On July 21, holders approved the removal of CIBanco as trustee. CFE Capital is now tasked with appointing a new institution to safeguard the trust’s assets and continue creating value for investors. The company reiterated its commitment to high standards of governance and long-term value protection.
